Julian Marcus Nacol is a shareholder, managing partner, and trial attorney at The Nacol Law Firm. He has the heart, instincts, and skills of a seasoned litigator, having learned the art of courtroom advocacy from his father. Julian represents individuals and businesses in a wide array of matters but has a particular interest in fathers’ rights and in helping those embroiled in disputes with their HOAs.

A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Julian proudly served his country in Southeast Asia for four years, first as an Aviation Technician and later as a Plane Captain on the aircraft carriers USS Kitty Hawk and USS George Washington. He was a member of the VFA-102 Diamond Back Squadron. After being honorably discharged, Julian graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to Texas A&M School of Law, where he earned his J.D. Julian was President of the Federalist Society while attending Texas A&M.

Prior to joining The Nacol Law Firm, where he has worked both as a clerk and as an associate attorney, Julian interned with the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Fort Worth, Texas.

Julian resides in Dallas with his family and is an ardent supporter of his children’s sports teams.
