Mark Adam Nacol, the founding member of The Nacol Law Firm, is board-certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A tireless advocate for his clients, he has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts across Texas and has received an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is reserved for attorneys ranked at the highest level of profession excellence by their peers. He is also an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Fellow of the Texas Bar College, and a Member of the Dallas Bar Association 100 Club.

Mark was born and raised in Wichita Falls, and his parents, who were small business
owners, impressed upon him at an early age the value of hard work and the importance of using his talents to help others. Mark took those words to heart, and embarked upon a career in law that has spanned over 50 years and has allowed him to provide advice and assistance to hundreds of wonderful Texans from all walks of life.

Mark attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he joined the Sigma Nu fraternity. After receiving a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in English and Philosophy from UT Austin, Mark continued his studies at the South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity. He earned a J.D. in 1974 and was admitted to practice later that year.

Mark has been a principal in several different firms since his admission to the State Bar
of Texas. He formed The Nacol Law Firm, P.C. in 1974, and was thrilled when his son, Julian, joined the firm in 2017. A skilled trial lawyer and negotiator, Mark currently focuses on civil litigation involving business and commercial transactions; divorce and family conflicts; intellectual property; real property, including HOA issues; and wills and probate.
